Gore Yoga Classes are held weekly with Jodie down at the Gore Racecourse.

The classes are available to everyone and Jodie is really good at supporting you if you are new, teaching you modifications and support for your body specifically, and is also good at extending you if you are more experienced. Thus making these Beginners classes suitable for every body, no matter, age, stage of life, condition of body etc. you may be surprised by what you can achieve in these classes.

The classes run in 6 week blocks, 6 weeks ON, 2 weeks OFF. They are well rounded classes that will help you feel better, mentally, physically and internally, spiritually. The temple massage is also a big highlight!
